According to Ayurveda, food is preventive medicine. Cooking and eating with awareness can turn a simple, balanced meal into nectar – nourishing us to the cellular level.
The classes are about inviting your passion for cooking. What you will learn is the structure of a dish, and how to experiment and improvise - rather than simply following a recipe.
With all its exotic ingredients, unfamiliar dishes, and tongue-tingling flavors, Indian cuisine can be both exciting and intimidating at the same time!
